SALT LAKE CITY (17 March 2006)— The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has begun a series of changes to its Newsroom Web site designed to make it easier for journalists and community opinion leaders to follow stories, developments and issues in which they are interested. The addition to the site of RSS feeds (standing for Really Simple Syndication) gives readers the ability to stay up-to-date with changes to front-page news stories, the “Comments on the News” section and “News Releases.” Substantial changes to the Newsroom site will continue over the next few months, including changes to content, appearance and ease of use.
