In a speech titled “On the Record,” the head of the Public Affairs Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints spoke Friday, August 7, 2015, about the opportunities and challenges of managing the Church’s public affairs efforts.

Michael Otterson, managing director of Public Affairs, addressed the 17th annual FairMormon Conference held at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, Utah.
