On Women’s Equality Day, observed today in the United States, Relief Society General President Jean B. Bingham expressed her gratitude for the 19th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which granted women the right to vote 100 years ago. President Bingham celebrated the anniversary by sharing a message on Facebook about the Relief Society’s role in the women’s suffrage movement.
