In a touching interview with the Deseret News, Lee Tom Perry spoke about his father’s legacy and dedication to family. According to Perry, his father always wanted to give everything he had, no matter what he was doing, and was fond of saying “I’ve never had a bad day in my life.”
This optimism and love of family left lasting impressions to those Elder Perry taught.
Many continue to express their appreciation and how Elder Perry will be missed by his family and those he served.
Gabriel Haynes: Rip from an Evangelical Pentecostal. We may have differences but we all serve the same one True God. May God bring peace and love to this community in their time of mourning. (Mormon Newsroom Facebook Page)
