Mormonism Online: In Your Own Words | December 3, 2015

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints launched its “A Savior Is Born” Christmas initiative on November 29, 2015. The message focuses on finding, knowing and following the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Latter-day Saints and other Christians around the globe are sharing this Christmas message online.

There are two videos available at christmas.mormon.org in 33 languages.

In New York City, visitors to Times Square will see billboards and videoboards promoting Christmas messages in prominent locations, as well as on top of 400 taxis traveling around the city.

It's easy to get caught up in all the gifts, decorations, cards, etc., but the whole reason we celebrate Christmas is because Christ was born. Because of Him we can have hope, peace, and joy.
